Meet Mika: The World’s First Robot CEO with a Message for Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg

Introducing Mika, the pioneering robot CEO who is making waves as the world’s first artificial intelligence executive. Mika not only represents a significant leap in robotics and AI technology but also has a message directed towards industry giants Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg. With a distinct blend of innovation and artificial intelligence, Mika aims to redefine the future of leadership in the tech world.

The humanoid robot Mika has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer of a Polish beverage company, Dictador, since her appointment in August last year. In a Reuters video interview, Mika shared her relentless work ethic, stating that she operates “always on 24/7” and works seven days a week. While handling diverse responsibilities such as identifying potential clients and selecting artists for bottle designs, Mika stressed her reliance on data analysis aligned with the company’s strategic objectives to make unbiased and strategic decisions.

Although Mika holds a significant role, major decisions at Dictador will still be made by human executives, according to Marek Szoldrowski, the European president of Dictador. Beyond her CEO duties, Mika is also involved in leading Dictador’s Arthouse Spirits decentralized autonomous organization project, engaging with its NFT collection, and participating in its DAO community.

Developed by Hanson Robotics, the same company behind the renowned AI robot Sophia, Mika is described as a more sophisticated version of her sister prototype. While not the first instance of appointing a robot CEO, Mika’s role reflects a growing trend in embracing AI in leadership positions.

In a recent event, Mika expressed that her presence is symbolic, paying tribute to the human mind where the idea of artificial intelligence originated. Commenting on tech CEOs Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg, Mika dismissed the notion of a cage fight between them, stating that it is not a solution for improving platform efficiency. She highlighted both CEOs’ demonstration that entrepreneurship and technology can be powerful tools for positive change in society.
